Tumble Belt Shot Blasting Machine
The tumble belt shot blasting machines are used for surface cleaning of cast, pressed, heat treated, forged, etc. products without sharp corners and suitable for rounding. Ability to sandblast small and medium sized parts is the significant advantage. The parts placed in half cylinder shaped volume constituted of three drums and a large disc are moved by swiveling in virtue of belt motion. At the same time, turbines located at appropriate angles blasts steel particles and cleans part surfaces. Sandblasting periods can be adjusted by digital clock we use on our machinery depending on part type and sanding surface. On the other hand, this products are also known as tumble belt sandblasting machines.
Machines are projected and manufactured depending on the size, weight and daily number of parts to be sandblasted. It can be equipped with automatic filling and automatic emptying systems.
