Overhead Conveyor Tunnel Type Shot Blasting Machine is preferred for the surface cleaning of sheet metals, NPI, NPU, angle irons, and profiles, as well as finished products.

The workpieces to be blasted move via an overhead conveyor located on the machine. Turbines are positioned on the machine body at optimal angles to blast both the top and bottom surfaces of the parts.

Key advantages include the ability to blast finished products and seamlessly integrate the system into washing, drying, and painting lines. Equipped with digital speed control, the conveyor speed can be adjusted according to the part type and the desired surface finish.
