Marble Shot Blasting Machines

Marble shot blasting machines are used for surface cleaning of products such as marble, basalt, granite, plate, border, cobblestone, tapping lounders, etc. The parts to be sandblasted move forward on the machine’s conveyor belt and turbines located on machine frame in an appropriate angle sandblast the part surface from bottom and top. Significant advantages are the quick sandblasting of products, ability to sandblast semi-products and products moving on the conveyor belt, and continuous system design. Conveyor speed can be adjusted for each loading depending on the part type and sandblasting surface by digital speed control feature.

Machines are projected and manufactured depending on the size, weight and daily number of parts to be sandblasted. A dryer machine can be added in order to dry parts with wet surfaces before sandblasting, if desired. This products are also known as marble sandblasting machines.
